TIARÈ is an acoustic Duo brought together by their love for World Music and Jazz.

The eclectic cocktail of Bossa Nova, Soul, Blues and Funk infused with Jazz takes listeners on a unique journey through time and space.

TIARÈ's passion for rhythms surfaces in the synchronicity between singer Dea Zuccaro's silky, addictive, multifaceted voice and Marc Meyer's versatile and inventive guitar playing.

Travelling injects new scents and spices into TIARÈ's inspiration.

 

Dea sings in Italian, English, French, Spanish and Portuguese. Born in Matera (southern Italy) from an artistic background, she was given her father's microphone at the tender age of three and started scatting to her mother's piano playing. She has since sung in various formations from Progressive Rock to Jazz and Bossa Nova Bands.

Marc, half English half Swiss descendant, multi instrumentalist and luthier, studied classical piano before reaching his teens, then continued with guitar and saxophone and added drums and bass guitar after studying percussion in West Africa.
